About The Position
GuideStar Eldercare is offering a post-doctoral fellowship in geriatric psychology, where fellows will work alongside licensed psychologists to provide behavioral health and neuro-cognitive services to residents in long-term care facilities. This fellowship focuses on treating an atypical geropsychiatric population, primarily those diagnosed with Major Neurocognitive Disorder due to various types of dementia. The program includes rotations through diverse care settings, enhancing knowledge in geriatric psychological and neuropsychiatric care.
