The role of DAF/CD55 regulating complement activation in AKI: in this project, we will employ different murine AKI models to understand how complement activation modulate kidney injury. Technical Duties: (include any protocols) Mouse-related work: managing colony, genotyping, collecting urine/cheek blood, drug administration, sacrificing mice for downstream analysis In vitro work: cell culture, qPCR, Western Blotting, and any commonly used techniques in the wet lab Qualifications Educational and other Requirements for the position: MD or PhD Experience Required: previous experience of wet lab and mouse work Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: publications, grant submission
