About The Position
The laboratory of Dr. Tae Kim, Department of Radiology, is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. Our laboratory is dedicated to advancing the field of neuroimaging in the areas of vascular contributions to cognitive impairment by developing innovative approaches that enable us to understand the mechanism by which it works. This project will focus on the long-term effects of cerebrovascular changes and their effects on structural and functional changes in the brain.
Requirements
- Ph.D. degree in medical physics, bioengineering, or related fields
- Experience in MR imaging processing
- Strong programming skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the BOLD mechanisms and ASL
Responsibilities
- Analysis of neuroimaging data
- Development of MR imaging techniques in cerebrovascular contributions to cognitive impairment
