We are looking for an intellectually curious and motivated post-doc to study tumor-associated macrophages, using the latest in single-cell transcriptomic, spatial, and CRISPR technologies. We will provide salary support and technician assistance for the post-docs’ research, with the goal of publishing multiple high-impact papers during the post-doctoral training period. We have a particular interest in understanding the immune response against prostate cancer, a disease that is intrinsically resistant to T-cell directed immunotherapy. This work has the potential to identify novel myeloid-directed therapeutics and enable personalized approaches to treat patients resistant to standard-of-care immunotherapies. When applying, please state why you are interested in this field of research in your cover letter and why you would be a good fit for the Miller lab.
