This is a Postdoctoral Research Associate position in cancer biology and immuno-oncology in the Pruitt lab at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Postdoc will be involved in leading a project that examines the effect of Wnt signaling in cancer models and the impact on the tumor immune microenvironment. The candidate will also be involved in characterizing how tumor-intrinsic Wnt signaling and tumor-intrinsic Dishevelled ( DVL ) proteins affect immune cell infiltration into tumors. Research will include in vitro assays such as chromatin immunoprecipitation, RT- PCR , IHC , Flow cytometry, IF, and western blotting and in vivo assays involving tumor growth in mouse models.
