About The Position
The lab is focused on the classification and characterization of human and animal models tumors through the study of gene expression patterns, tumor DNA copy number changes, and DNA somatic mutations identified using RNA and DNA -sequencing. The main projects in the lab are the analysis of genome-wide gene expression patterns in malignant human breast tissue samples, and animal model mammary tumors, and the continued development of genomic-based biomarkers for cancer patients therapy prediction.
