About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Postdoctoral Fellow to join our dynamic biomedical research laboratory focused on mechanistic and translational studies in inflammation, resolution biology, aging, and cardiometabolic disease. The successful candidate will design and execute independent and collaborative research projects that integrate in vitro and in vivo preclinical models to address fundamental and translational scientific questions. Responsibilities include performing mammalian cell culture (including primary cells and established cell lines), conducting microscopy-based experiments (such as fluorescence, confocal, and live-cell imaging), acquiring and quantitatively analyzing imaging data, and applying rigorous statistical analyses using software platforms such as R, Prism, or related tools. The fellow will also interpret complex datasets, prepare high-quality figures, contribute to manuscript and grant preparation, maintain meticulous laboratory records, and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Experience with preclinical models is required, as is proficiency in standard scientific software including statistical platforms and Microsoft Word. The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, physiology, or a related biomedical discipline, have a strong publication record, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, critical thinking, and a commitment to rigorous, reproducible science are essential. Requirements
