About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role focuses on high-level, detailed cleaning after construction and renovation projects to prepare spaces for final walkthroughs, occupancy, or listing. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the role expands. For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to support restoration and specialty cleaning services.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Prior cleaning experience required (post-construction cleaning strongly preferred)
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and finishing work
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of job quality
• Reliable transportation required (must use personal vehicle for this role)
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices for job documentation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed post-construction cleaning, ensuring spaces are move-in ready
• HEPA vacuum all surfaces, including floors, walls, baseboards, and vents
• Thoroughly wipe down and clean all surfaces, including inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
• Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue from surfaces and fixtures
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors to a streak-free finish
• Identify and address areas requiring extra attention to meet high-quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and customer expectations
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Complete daily logs, work orders, and required documentation
• Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and appearanceffectively perform all restoration services the company offers.
