Job Summary: Post-closing support. Dart Bank has an immediate opening for a Post Closing Specialist. Dart Bank is a community bank, serving our community since 1925. Nice To Haves

• Prior mortgage work experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process closed loan files- mortgages and consumer loans
• Open packages, print allonges and assignments
• Scan files into Encompass, ensure files are complete
• Prepare notes for delivery including UPS labels
• Process and ensure completeness of trailing documents
• Escrow Holdbacks- finalizing
• Appraisal invoice processing
• Monitor and respond to department wide email box
• Process and distribute loan funding checks, as requested
• Complete post-closing/secondary mailing items
• Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act
• Other duties as assigned
