About The Position

Responsible for processing various loan products such as: Residential, Commercial, Home Equity, Mix-use, multi-family, Participation, Loan Modification and customer service. Assist in training loan processors for HELOC and DMI new loans set up. Administer with missing document report.

Requirements

• High school graduate, College degree preferred.
• Good typing skills
• Ability to solve differences by using mathematical skill and concepts.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Computer literate- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Intermediate Excel etc.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Affinity Edge, Loanvantage, Remote Lender and E-Oscar is helpful
• Notary public a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input and upload loan data in Affinity Edge, LoanVantage and Remote Lender
• Prepare various spreadsheets via Excel for DMI on new loans.
• Review legal documents and monitor any discrepancies with the legal office.
• Process monetary transaction for general ledger regarding new loans.
• Process new loans scan files via SFTP servicer.
• Monitor any discrepancies on new loans with the credit team.
• General servicing duties.
• Assist with processing UCC forms.
• Customer Service
• Administer recorded documents status.
• Scan and upload legal files to Synergy.
• Process ACH forms and prepare wire transfers.
