About The Position
The Post Closer is responsible for organizing, bundling, and shipping closed loan files to investors. This entry-level position ensures that all required documents are included and properly stacked before delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Basic computer and data entry skills

- Prior mortgage or document-handling experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Organize and bundle closed loan files according to investor stacking orders
- Verify that all required documents are included before shipping
- Maintain accurate records of shipped files and delivery confirmations
- Assist with tracking and filing of final documents as needed
