About The Position

The San Luis Obispo District Attorney's Office is seeking applications for the Post Bar Law Clerk position, designed for individuals who have recently taken the California Bar examination but do not yet qualify for the Deputy District Attorney I role. This temporary position allows clerks to develop their legal analysis and courtroom presentation skills while awaiting Bar results, with a maximum of 960 working hours per fiscal year. Requirements

• Must have completed all requirements for Admission to the California State Bar, except for receiving Bar exam results.
