The position involves overseeing the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials. The role requires ensuring accuracy in these processes and providing support to the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating the placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs, which includes enclosing a 'packing slip' to alert the team of impending deliveries. Additionally, the role includes receiving and processing manual invoices, following up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices, and monitoring on-hand inventory levels to ensure that minimum levels of generic POS are maintained. A weekly inventory report will also need to be produced, and the maintenance of the POS workstation is part of the responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
