This Portfolio Support Specialist position is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate to start their career in Commercial Banking. The role is part of the Commercial Capital team within Commercial Banking, where you will be responsible for processing, monitoring, and examining contract information on asset-based leases and loans. In this position, you will handle various duties including reconciling and adjusting accounts, analyzing contracts, performing data entry, invoicing, and collecting on accounts. You will also be tasked with investigating and resolving customer inquiries, assisting account managers with the resolution of delinquent accounts, and preparing collateral reports. Additionally, you will engage in special projects and other related duties as required. Your responsibilities will include processing client collateral information on asset-based loans, performing routine administrative tasks, and interacting with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations. This role requires regular interaction with the Commercial Valuations team and will involve receiving direction from your supervisor while escalating questions and issues to more senior roles within the functional area. The position is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the commercial banking sector and to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
