THE COMPANY IS SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WHO SHARES THIS PASSION FOR OUR MISSION. THE ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND THE ENTERPRISE PORTFOLIO GOVERNANCE OFFICE NEED SUPPORT FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE OF PERSONNEL WITHIN THESE TWO FUNCTIONS. THIS ROLE FOCUSES ON ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF DELIVERY FROM THE ENTERPRISE PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANGERS, AS WELL AS THE PORTFOLIO TEAM, BY COORDINATING GOVERNANCE-DRIVEN MEETINGS, MAINTAINING ENTERPRISE-FACING MEDIA, AND ORGANIZING WORKING SESSIONS / CALENDARS. YOUR ABILITY TO BRING STRUCTURE, CLARITY, AND DISCIPLINE WILL HELP SHAPE FIRST COMMAND’S ONGOING TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATION EFFORTS.
