This role addresses problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial. Responsibilities include creating tools and leading training sessions to demonstrate how leaders, contractors, and associates will apply Humana Ways of Working daily. The coach guides the organization and portfolio through transitions, ensuring continued adherence to optimal working practices. They promote a culture of innovation by implementing Humana processes and principles that enhance collaboration, predictability, transparency, and velocity. The position may involve ongoing iteration management for high-profile initiatives, providing real-time enablement, mentoring, or coaching, and sharing Agile best practices across the enterprise. The coach advises executives on significant functional strategies, exercises independent judgment on complex issues, and works under minimal supervision, determining the best course of action based on variable factors.
