About The Position

The Portfolio Partnership Executive is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with existing clients in the laboratory coagulation sector. The ideal candidate will be located in the Greater NJ/NY area and will engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. This role involves collaboration with internal teams for supply chain coordination, maintaining product expertise, conducting sales presentations, and performing market analysis. The executive will also act as a communication bridge between clients and the company, ensuring effective issue resolution and professional development through industry engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, science, or a related field with 2-3 years complex clinical sales experience, 3-5 years technical field experience, or 5-7 years of clinical laboratory experience required.
  • OR Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, science, or a related field and 1+ years of Stago experience in a customer-facing role.
  • OR High school diploma with proven track record of 7-10 years in complex sales within the healthcare sector.
  • ASCP accreditation preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including analytical and database software (Excel, BI) and presentation programs required.
  • Medical Technologist qualification preferred.
  • Drivers license required.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with healthcare professionals and management.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Up to 80% travel including overnight travel; ability to travel internationally required.

  • Medical Technologist qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients in the laboratory coagulation sector.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's unique needs, challenges, and objectives to upsell Stago offerings.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, emphasizing face-to-face visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations for laboratory coagulation products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet customer demands.
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Host sales and educational presentations on coagulation and Stago products.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide valuable insights to internal teams based on client feedback and market observations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account status, including key performance indicators.
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars for professional development.
  • Investigate and resolve customer challenges to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a database of partners and facilitate relationships through Stago's CRM system.
  • Assist with trade shows, symposia, and user groups as required.
  • Effectively manage special projects as assigned.
