As a PM Analyst II, you will play a critical, cross-functional role in supporting Portfolio Managers across all Northeast deregulated power regions (PJM, NEPOOL, NYISO, and MISO). In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the full range of day-to-day portfolio management activities, providing the analysis, validation, and reporting needed to optimize performance and manage risk in the retail power business. You will validate and submit day-ahead energy schedules, produce and reconcile daily NOP and MtM reports, and aggregate revenue and cost data to measure portfolio gross margin. Working alongside Portfolio Managers, you will help identify risks, recommend hedge strategies, and execute actions to manage price and volume risk exposures. You will also contribute to the development of forward price curves for all COGS components of full-requirements products, ensuring that costing formulas and assumptions are continuously calibrated to maintain competitiveness and support sales goals. In this role, you will coordinate with various functional groups to review and validate customer revenue and ISO settlement data, generating insights into portfolio profitability. You will also collaborate with teams across the organization, including Sales, Business Development, Origination, Structuring, Trading, Operations, Risk Management, Marketing, and Digital to advance Engie Resources' objectives. This role is pivotal in bridging market dynamics with portfolio performance. By ensuring accuracy in reporting, supporting strategic hedging, and contributing to competitive pricing, the PM Analyst II helps drive profitability, manage risk, and strengthen Engie's position in the retail energy market. This position is located in Houston TX and reports to Director of Portfolio Management.
