About The Position

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Portfolio Manager in Sunrise FL. Overview: We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to support senior leadership (VPs and Directors) in managing portfolio-level activities, financial tracking, and strategic reporting. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills who can operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in portfolio management, program coordination, or related roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (financial tracking and presentation design)
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial forecasting and burn rate analysis
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Track portfolio spend, including monthly actuals and forecasts
• Create and maintain burn rate reports
• Monitor key initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups
• Prepare status reports and executive-level presentations for VPs and Directors
• Develop ad hoc slides and team presentations for quarterly meetings, celebrations, and stakeholder updates
• Support project and initiative roadmaps
• Coordinate with Executive Assistants for scheduling and logistics
• Organize quarterly team meetings, skip-level sessions, and stakeholder connects
• Assist with side-by-side sessions and other engagement activities
