We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Portfolio Manager with proven experience in active trading to actively manage a diversified, multi-asset portfolio across equities, fixed income, and derivatives. This is a hands-on trading role that integrates portfolio management with tactical strategies to optimize performance and manage risk in fast-moving markets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in active trading or portfolio management required
  • Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and hedging techniques
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (Bloomberg, Python, R, Excel, MATLAB, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven trading environment

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or equivalent
  • Experience in hedge funds, proprietary trading, or institutional asset management
  • Exposure to systematic or algorithmic trading strategies and portfolio automation tools

Responsibilities

  • Actively trade and manage portfolios across multiple asset classes in line with investment objectives and risk parameters
  • Develop, implement, and refine trading strategies
  • Monitor real-time market activity, economic indicators, and portfolio exposures to identify opportunities
  • Conduct back testing, and performance attribution to assess strategy effectiveness
  • Oversee asset allocation, liquidity, and risk-adjusted returns within defined limits
  • Ensure timely, efficient trade execution while maintaining compliance standards
  • Collaborate with analysts and senior stakeholders to enhance portfolio performance and strategic alignment
  • Prepare detailed reports on trading performance, portfolio composition, and market outlook
