Job Summary: The DRT delivery leadership team has an opening for an experienced Portfolio Director to oversee a variety of innovative programs for the CDC. The Portfolio Director will be responsible for leading a team in the growth and execution of a Portfolio of contracts valued at up to $120+ annually, leading and motivating a talented and diverse team delivering critical proposals, programs, and projects for customers. You will develop and execute a strategy for successful performance and contract growth while also focusing on quality service delivery of current programs. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and retaining resources that drive successful execution of requirements, and in refining the strategy in alignment with agency goals to deliver outcomes that improve the health of the American public. This role serves as a critical liaison between the company's senior leadership, Portfolio Managers, Task Order/Workstream Leads, and key Account stakeholders. The Account Lead is tasked with managing multiple teams, delivering on complex IT and management services, and ensuring that the company's services align with the Account’s mission and objectives.
