Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join the growing residential team. Our Portfolio Managers are leaders who provide a key point of contact for clients and excel at building high functioning teams to manage a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential properties. The portfolio will consist of a range of mid-size conventional properties (50+ unit communities). The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue growth, occupancy goals, and the client’s asset performance expectations.
