The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the execution of select high-priority strategic initiatives. This role supports the translation of the strategic initiatives into strategic business cases and operational business plans for execution.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Six (6) years' relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Supports development of strategic business cases and operational business plans for high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Supports execution of the plans to meet project milestones, target budget, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Leads work teams related to project execution. Directs and manages work including interfacing with resources and stakeholders across the organization, as well as outside of the organization.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to other members of the portfolio team to execute on the plan.
- Provides regular updates of project progress, risks, and escalations.
- Collects and tracks progress towards outcome metrics and KPIs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
