Job Title Portfolio Manager What does a successful Portfolio Manager do at Fiserv? You will be an integral member of our Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management team. This role serves as an extension of the leadership team and is highly visible across all Fiserv teams. You will oversee an important internal business process, including the coordination of project intake, scheduling, and providing project cost and revenue analysis. Your role is to drive excellence in the process with accountability, accurate work, quick communication, and guiding key business leaders through complex decisions.

  • Manage a Professional Services portfolio from project intake to project closedown, monitoring due dates, cost, and revenue projections.
  • Execute portfolio management procedures using key tools like Clarity, SharePoint, ServicePoint, JIRA, eCRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements through the Professional Services organization.
  • Build strong partnerships with Implementations, Business Leaders, Sales, Client Support, Development, Product Management, Account Management, and Service Management teams.
  • Develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Portfolio Intake and Governance process.
  • Provide project management from scoping and business case through handoff to the Project Management team, organizing schedules and ensuring communication plans are executed.
  • Analyze and detail business processes and documentation.
  • Track, measure, and report status internally to key stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background and related experience in the following areas: Demonstrated experience with project coordination and proven project management skills.
  • Proven experience leading verbal and written conversations with internal stakeholders, including executive-level leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including detailed data analysis.
  • Flexibility to drive results when the path to the answer is not clear.
  • Willingness to work longer hours during peak times.
  • Experience reading and navigating contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Behavior, Pre-Law, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Clarity PPM or a similar tool.
  • 12+ years of experience working in a Financial Institution.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or a similar tool.
  • Power user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
