About The Position
Provides direction and leadership for a team of Credit Analysts with commercial real estate loans supporting the Commercial Mortgage Division (CMD is a small balance term lending program, specializing in loans secured by stabilized multifamily properties in strong markets.) Manages credit account relationships, directly and/or through team members, by successfully closing new business relationships and retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Takes a leadership role in all aspects of managing work flow for a team of Credit Analysts, training and developing Credit Analysts, underwriting loans, managing credit portfolios, credit risk, and responding to prospect or customer needs. Assures that credit quality is maintained in assigned and team portfolios.
