About The Position
IDB is a leading financial institution, committed to providing exceptional services to our clients in the real estate sector. Our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and assets, ensuring their optimal performance while supporting the bank's strategic growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Real Estate NY Portfolio Management team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate, financial analysis, and portfolio management within a dynamic and fast-paced banking environment. As a Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with credit officer, relationship managers and credit admin, assisting in the evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of real estate investments. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the CRE-NY portfolio and gain exposure to a variety of real estate asset classes including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties.
