This client-facing role manages a portfolio of asset-based lending relationships, serving as the primary point of contact while ensuring strong financial performance, collateral oversight, and risk management. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven ABL professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on asset-based lending experience
• Strong background in collateral monitoring, financial analysis, and covenant compliance
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships while balancing risk considerations
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of asset-based lending clients
• Act as the primary client contact for account management, issue resolution, and facility negotiations
• Monitor financial performance, collateral (A/R and inventory), and covenant compliance
• Prepare and present credit committee review materials with clear analysis and recommendations
• Conduct portfolio reviews, identify early warning signals, and lead remediation efforts when needed
• Partner with internal credit, risk, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance and execution
• Mentor junior analysts
