About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity within the Benefits & Protection Portfolio Office for a Portfolio Manager who can contribute in a customer focused agile organization. This is a chance to engage with multiple roles and stakeholders across functions, product families, and businesses, and provide organizational management that helps us accomplish business objectives together. Your day will be filled: Leading critical initiatives that span across product families, functions, and businesses Engaging where there is a business need and effectively providing planning, organization, communication, transparency, collaboration, dependency/risk management that strengthens ability to achieve outcomes Leveraging an agile approach within an outcome focused product mindset organization Partnering with and supporting leaders, product managers, stakeholders, and others in a collaborative environment Building relationships, empowering others, and fostering innovation, discovery, and growth Being comfortable in ambiguity and leading thru change.
