  • Familiarity with EXPRESS architectural framework is essential.
  • Proven experience in AB Testing, including planning, executing, and analyzing results.
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, including experience in leading Scrum teams.
  • Experience in API Development, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs.
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET, including the ability to develop and maintain ASP.NET applications.
  • Expertise in AWS Technologies, including understanding of AWS architecture and services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action.
  • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
