Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
0--2 years of experience in private credit or a related financial discipline, such as underwriting private credit, high-yield, or leveraged loan investments.

Responsibilities

Manage the ongoing performance and monitoring of private credit investments, ensuring timely identification of trends and risks.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and promptly escalate underperforming assets to senior leadership.
Analyze financial statements, industry dynamics, and company performance to evaluate overall credit health.
Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses, to support investment decisions.
Prepare and present periodic reports and detailed portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders.
Monitor covenant compliance and assess the implications of any deviations.
Recommend risk ratings based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
