PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time remote Portfolio Management Analyst. This primarily remote position requires quarterly travel to Vancouver, WA, and limited travel to other regions where PeaceHealth operates. The incumbent must reside in Oregon or Washington by the date of hire. The Portfolio Management Analyst is responsible for strategically coordinating pipeline and portfolio activities across the PeaceHealth Foundations organization. This role involves working closely with development officers to deploy a robust moves management program focused on major gifts. Key activities include leading prospect meetings, implementing plans and reports for pipeline development, assigning new prospects, and guiding best practices for moves management. In this position, you will proactively collaborate with fundraisers and members of the foundation executive teams to conduct portfolio reviews, assign prospects, implement moves strategies, and deploy strategies for portfolio optimization. You will prepare for and lead meetings, manage reporting needs, and generate new reports to create organizational efficiencies and data-driven strategies for portfolio management. The role also involves importing, exporting, and creating new records while making suggestions about database table structure to support a robust moves management program. Ensuring that data in NXT is up to date regarding stages, portfolio makeup, proposal development, and affinity areas is crucial, as is using the database to manage the portfolio according to industry best practices. Additionally, you will analyze all major/planned giving portfolios for optimization and implement recommendations on an individual fundraiser basis. You will create specific strategies with fundraisers to convert prospects to donors, particularly focusing on those with the capacity to contribute major gifts. Close collaboration with the annual giving team and prospect researcher is essential to identify prospects from the grateful patient program and ensure appropriate donors are moved into portfolios. Staying updated on trends in the healthcare philanthropy industry related to pipeline optimization, prospect research, and moves management is also part of your responsibilities. You will plan for and implement new technology tools, systems, and workflows, serving as the lead on grateful patient physician engagement, and working with foundation teams and fundraisers to develop and implement strategies to connect potential grateful patients to philanthropy. As a member of the operations team, you will provide backup support as needed and perform other duties as assigned, all while operating with a high degree of confidentiality and implementing safeguards for donor data, HIPAA, and other industry best practices.
