About The Position

Portfolio Lead, Salesforce Solutions Zennify is seeking a skilled Portfolio Lead to join our team. This is a quota carrying sales leadership role that requires direct, hands-on experience selling Salesforce solutions through the Salesforce partner ecosystem. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, with clear ownership of pipeline, forecast, and closed revenue, owning commercial outcomes from initial discovery through close. You will demonstrate clear knowledge of client business challenges, work to understand their needs, and propose Salesforce solutions that help them reach their goals with measurable impact. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new logos, with accountability for new logo acquisition, supported by internal partners such as Salesforce channel teams, marketing, and sales engineering.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven, quota-carrying experience selling Salesforce solutions through a Salesforce partner, SI, or consulting organization, ideally including offerings in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals, with demonstrated experience forecasting against a defined quota, and an individual and a “team-win” mentality.
  • 5–10+ years of experience selling SaaS in the Financial Services vertical market, such as Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, Investment firms, or other financial institutions.
  • Experience selling to both Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with Salesforce Account Executives and potential clients, including experience co-selling and joint account planning.
  • Strong consultative sales approach and discovery and probing skills, with ownership of deal strategy from qualification through close, and adaptability to changing market trends and client needs.
  • Handles objection with tact and creatively overcomes sales obstacles.
  • Has a drive for results, demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently deliver against targets.
  • Creates compelling presentations that clearly outline benefits, objectives, and goals for clients, and provides a roadmap to meeting customer goals, including scope, approach, and commercial considerations.
  • Collaborative nature for effective teamwork with internal project managers and experts.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (up to 30% travel projected).

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong and influential relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, acting as a primary co-sell partner to source, advance, and close opportunities, collaborating effectively to positively engage and resonate with potential clients.
  • Cultivate leads and prospect for new clients within the Salesforce ecosystem, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation, management, and forecast accuracy, generating interest in Zennify as a premier Salesforce partner.
  • Utilize a highly effective consultative sales approach with strong discovery and probing skills, adeptly uncovering key pain points, and translating those needs into Salesforce solution strategies.
  • Assume the role of an advisor, demonstrating the value proposition and ROI of Salesforce solutions, while showcasing Zennify's outstanding implementation excellence, and owning the commercial narrative and business case.
  • Display impressive executive presence and exceptional communication skills, ensuring impactful interactions with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Craft compelling and well tailored presentations, artfully outlining benefits, objectives, and customer-centric goals, and clearly defining scope, success criteria, and next steps toward close.
