Position Summary: Manages the delivery of cross CTI portfolio programs (Big Rocks) in coordination with vertical Portfolio Delivery Managers, partnering with applicable product teams and CTI SLT Owner/Sponsor. Responsible for Big Rocks program status & reporting. Creates and maintains Big Rocks Program entries in PPRT and CTI Domain Outcomes in JIRA ensuring tagging compliance. Point of contact for delivery execution for CTI SLT Big Rocks Owner/Sponsor and Ensures Big Rocks program execution alignment to CTI strategic objectives. Coordinates Big Rocks PI Planning sessions incorporating dependencies coming out of the vertical portfolio(s) quarterly PI planning sessions. Manages resource planning and financial budget for the Big Rocks portfolio. Establishes target outcomes (CTI Big Rocks Programs and Deliverables) through objectives and key results). Maintains the CTI Big Rocks Roadmap (Delivery).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program/IT leadership experience
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Architecture
  • Knowledge of Change Management
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
  • Ability to quickly grasp and translate technical topics/concepts and make them easily understandable
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
