About The Position

Responsible for proactively anticipating client needs, developing relevant strategies, and tailored solutions that drive organic business growth to meet agreed targets within portfolio and support the achievement of revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
  • 10-15 years in global operational leadership roles within learning and development to include organic sales.
  • Proven ownership of margin targets and operational financial performance.
  • Expertise in scaling multi-region delivery operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in global matrix environments.

Responsibilities

  • Organic Account Growth: Proactively drive depth and breadth, ensuring the relevant Learning and Development services are strategically recommended to the client.
  • Identify longer-term client opportunities in the commercialization journey and drive solutioning in partnership with delivery team.
  • Account Planning: Responsible for key account planning with business development leads (if relevant). Plans should highlight clear opportunities and tactical next steps and include forecasting expectations to achieve the revenue targets
  • Key Project execution: Provide strategic oversight of project portfolio, providing early project ideation and periodic review during delivery along with ongoing support as needed to drive the project to completion and to meet revenue forecast set and the expectations of clients
  • Thought Partnership: Develop deep understanding of the client’s business, marketplace and competition; Provide a point of view and recommendations around strategic activities, leading strategic assignments/projects to grow the business
  • Scientific & Learning Strategy Collaboration: Build and maintain an open, trusting partnership with Scientific & Learning Strategy counterparts to enable synergistic solutioning to meet our clients’ strategic and business needs
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and build relationships with senior leaders and support Client Services with client expectation management and any project challenges
  • Business Development Collaboration: On net new business, working closely with BD lead to shape and support proposal developments. Demonstrate a ONE RN team mentality, providing strong leadership in the development of pitches and proposals per client request.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Within a matrixed environment, support the development of Client Services team members; provide experience exchange and mentorship across L&D; support training delivery
  • Internal Communications: Champion internal alignment, consistency and cross-pollination.
  • Change Management: Lead L&D realignment to support organizational goals of growth and scalability.
