About The Position

Quite Remarkable (QR) is seeking a Director of Portfolio Development to build and curate a distinctive collection of homes in key global markets. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding high-quality inventory aligned with the brand.

Requirements

• 8+ years in real estate, hospitality, or luxury travel
• Strong network within residential or hospitality markets
• Experience negotiating deals and managing partnerships
• A strong eye for quality and brand alignment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero
• You don’t just talk about AI; you use it. You’ll be AI-native—not “AI-aware.” You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage. You have a proven track record of using generative AI for creative production and machine learning for audience segmentation

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure premium homes in priority destinations
• Build relationships with homeowners, brokers, and partners
• Define and uphold portfolio standards and curation criteria
• Negotiate agreements and manage the pipeline of opportunities
• Collaborate with brand and marketing to ensure alignment
• Continuously refine the portfolio based on member demand
