This Portfolio Manager will develop the new CTI PMO service, Issue Execution Management, and manage the CTI Governance initiative change portfolio. Leader will drive a strong culture of risk and compliance management through common control frameworks, processes, and solutions, increased transparency, and metrics-driven reporting. They will provide the full spectrum of audit issue/project support and oversight ranging from initial evaluation and intake, execution, and closure, and audit issue execution support. In addition, this Leader will define and document best practice/standardized process, technology and tools, metrics and measures, and core skills to ensure consistent delivery and experience across CTI Portfolio Management organization; Applies advanced technology portfolio delivery expertise and business acumen to maximize the return on CTI’s technology strategic investments enhancing overall delivery process.
