About The Position
The Portfolio Cybersecurity Technical Advisor is an exciting opportunity to positively impact a wide range of companies. This role is designed to provide technical depth and solutions across our program that measures and advises on the security posture of Blackstone’s global portfolio of companies. As a Technical Advisor on the team, you will be the go-to person to advise companies on the implementation of technical solutions, evaluating vendor solutions to be used by portfolio company security teams, and extending our data collection and modeling stack. With our community of peer security professionals, you will share knowledge on leading practices, current threats, and assist companies in selecting the right products to fit their needs. Finally, you will contribute technical expertise to due diligence and crisis response as needed. Our work is a mix of hands-on program operations and advisory responsibilities that requires exceptional communication skills in order to interact with a range of technical stakeholders.
