Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on shift excellence and team support.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence.
  • Ability to manage costs and drive profitability.
  • Experience in social media content creation and audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with host and service assistant operations.
  • Organizational skills for managing reservations and coordinating group experiences.
  • Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality and every team member has the communication, support, and tools needed to succeed.
  • Promote a culture focused on guest loyalty and team well-being using the success triangle framework.
  • Manage daily costs effectively to meet profitability goals.
  • Create, manage, and monitor all social media content to maintain consistent engagement across platforms.
  • Oversee and support these programs to ensure every guest experience is exceptional and memorable.
  • Handle the full reservation process—from initial confirmation to post-service reviews.
  • Collaborate with groups to tailor experiences that exceed expectations.
