The Analyst will have a dual focus of (a) supporting the financing of the firm's CRE debt investments (b) assisting with portfolio-level analysis for related funds. With regards to the capital markets, this role involves assisting in setting up repo facilities, structuring syndications, and evaluating and developing new and existing lender relationships for the firm. With regards to portfolio management, the role will focus on designing, implementing, and monitoring analytics to track key investment metrics for relevant funds and modeling the pro-forma impact of investment decisions and leverage facilities on fund performance. This candidate will provide support for monthly book/ valuation process, portfolio reporting, risk analytics as well as various analytical tools to Senior Management.
