About The Position
We are seeking a driven, innovative and entrepreneurial Reinsurance broker to expand and spearhead our Global Capital Solutions (GCS) team & presence, focused on delivering strategic capital solutions that drive enterprise value for insurers with agile balance sheets and PE, VC backed MGAs. This position can be based in any US office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. You will play a pivotal role in developing our teams' capabilities and executing bespoke solutions primarily targeting clients with the US and Europe.
