The AES Clean Energy Operations team is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets. In this role, you will manage complex asset portfolios across the renewable and energy sectors, ensuring optimal performance and operational excellence. The Portfolio Asset Manager will provide leadership in reporting, oversight, and cross‑functional coordination, while also supporting the development and coaching of team members. Asset Managers play a key role in operating a large and rapidly growing fleet of renewable and energy storage projects across the United States, contributing directly to the financial performance of the organization.

Requirements
