About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Sr Manager, Portfolio Assessment. This position will be responsible for conducting market assessments for both domestic and international segments and analyzing the competitive environment to inform portfolio decisions. The successful candidate will develop and implement portfolio strategies to drive business growth and profitability and provide strategic guidance to Corporate and business areas team on portfolio level decisions scenarios. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and strategy, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability. The Senior Manager, Portfolio Assessment & Strategy will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior leaders across the BAs and cross-functional teams. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive results across multiple BA and Enterprise stakeholders. The successful candidate will be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed, nominally 25-35%. This position will require close proximity to a Lockheed Martin site. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, strategy, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and executive communication skills.
  • Excellent financial and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • US Citizenship.
