About The Position
Are you passionate about real estate investments and want to contribute to the management of a dynamic real estate portfolio through analytics and analysis? We're looking for a Portfolio Analyst II to join our Principal Real Estate Investors (PrinREI) team. In this role, you'll assist in the Portfolio Management of a comprehensive data center real estate portfolio by providing analytical, reporting, and other support including sensitivity and variance analysis of annual operating budgets and business plans, asset valuation models, portfolio diversification measures, performance returns and attribution and other asset/portfolio metrics as directed by the team. You may also create client reports, on-boarding and processing of investments, and assistance in the development and launch of new strategies, funds, and separate accounts.
