About The Position
CBL Properties, one of the largest mall REITs in the United States, is in search of a Portfolio Accountant I in our Corporate Office in Chattanooga, TN. The Portfolio Accountant is responsible for all property accounting related activities for a given portfolio of shopping center properties, ensuring month end close and monthly reporting packages are completed according to schedule. Additionally, the Portfolio Accountant - I will be directly involved in providing customer support to property management teams and other CBL departments, all within a collaborative work environment.
