Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Entry-level cleaning experience

Responsibilities

• Changing the cans on Sunday
• Pulling in and out garbage cans (with bobcat) 3 times a week
• Snow removal (running a blower, salting, and manually shoveling)
• Delivering letters
• Checking the pool chemicals and pool cleaning
• Performing light maintenance work (bulbs, clearing toilets, cleaning)
• Cleaning garages (picking up garbage and hosing down)
• Walking around the property picking up garbage
• Light cleaning of the buildings and touch up cleans of the apartments
• Being responsible for 4 buildings on the same property
• Accepting maintenance deliveries
