This full-time Porter position offers an opportunity to join the team responsible for maintaining the pristine condition and smooth operation of this prestigious residential environment. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, assisting residents, and addressing maintenance needs during a graveyard shift.

Requirements

• Take pride in cleaning and providing a safe environment

• Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance
• High School Education Level

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas
• Taking out trash and recycling
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention
• Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies
• Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.)
• Working the service elevator
• Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal)
