Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
- Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
- Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
