About The Position

The Porter plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. This position supports daily operations through cleaning, light maintenance, and ensuring all back-of-house and front-of-house areas meet company standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial, porter, or cleaning experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, kitchen, walk-in areas, and exterior grounds
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors throughout the restaurant
• Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they meet health and safety standards
• Empty trash bins and properly dispose of waste throughout the day
• Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing stock when needed
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting equipment issues
• Keep the parking lot, sidewalks, and drive-thru area free of debris
• Support managers and team members with additional tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly
