About The Position

As part of the Porter team, Porters will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout assigned areas, including the casino floor, restaurants, and bathrooms. Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, and restocking cleaning supplies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. holidays, and special events.
• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members including management.
• Arriving on time and maintaining regular attendance is considered an essential function of this position.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work assigned sections independently and unsupervised.
• Keep assigned sections clean including emptying garbage.
• Be able to follow direction and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Conduct shift-based special cleaning projects and collaborate with team members to proactively complete them in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned
