Stratas Foods LLC is the leading supplier of fats and oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients and Retail Private Label markets in North America and is a producer of quality bulk and packaged dressings, mayonnaise and sauces. Stratas Foods was formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). Job Description Summary: The Porter will be responsible for keeping all working areas and physical surroundings of the plant in a clean and orderly condition. This operation is to be performed keeping safety as a primary objective and following established GMP, Safety, Regulatory and Company procedures and policies.

Requirements

High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

Follow all safety, company and GMP policies and departmental procedures.
Clean production department floors.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
Complete necessary documentation for cleaning non-production areas.
Empty waste baskets and trash bin collectors.
Collect and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Operate waste compactor units.
Replenish cafeteria and rest room supplies.
Operate floor scrubbing machine.
Clear floor spills in the production and warehouse areas.
Clean and maintain outer perimeter of the facility including basic landscaping, trash removal, etc
